Our Executive Coaching is a one-on-one confidential conversation and dialogue that enhances how a person thinks, feels and how they get results.

This thought-provoking and creative partnership process inspires the executive to maximise his or her potential.
The coaching focuses on four developmental areas, setting goals, raising awareness, building responsibility and creating good relationships.

We use the GROWTH Model

• Goals – Establishing the ultimate “goals” and aims either in the short or the long term
• Reality – Taking time to really explore current “reality” or situation before discussing or taking any pro-active steps
• Options – Examining the alternative strategies or courses of action available.
• Will – What agreed action “will” be taken to move towards the stated goal by Whom and When and the Will to do it
• Trust – Developing an open and collaborative relationship between the coach and the executive
• Honesty – Providing honest and constructive feedback to the executive and getting true input from the executive
